Job Description
- Manage company's website, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
- Regularly gather market updates from the various Business/Country/Marketing Heads
- Regular check on all Business Unit/SKUs various materials to ensure all corporate identity are adhere to strictly
- Managing of the corporate email for corporate queries and annual report
- Involve in the drafting of non-financial press releases for SGX announcements
- Managing agency (Financial) for the quality of work done
- Crisis communication to address any negative news for the company
- Company's point of contact for all media/journalist/writers
- Assist shareholders in their miscellaneous queries and matters with regards to the Organisation
- Assist in delivery of Sustainability Report
- Attend the various associations meetings as the company representative
- Strategizing, planning and execution of company's Executive Chairman's initiatives and ideas for the organisation, working closely with Business/Country/Marketing Heads
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Marketing/Business or Management
- Min 3 years of related working experience.
- Able to work independently and possess a flexible, business-oriented mindset
- Prior corporate work experience in Marketing would be an advantage
- Able to work with all levels of management and a team player
- Self-motivated individual with initiative and drive
