Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage reporting dashboard pertaining to early card member metrics across products, acquisition channels and segments
- To leverage customer behavioural data to scope out, identify new relevant opportunities and devise direct marketing strategy to meet targets
- To collate and analyse customer data provided by each channel and from early engagement campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of card member engagement
- To effectively work with product and marketing teams to execute an end to end direct marketing campaign (i.e. from strategic planning to implementation)
- To work with relevant stakeholders on creative development process which includes the creative brief to agency, campaign conceptualization, production and approval from internal compliance/ brand team
- Conduct regular campaign post mortem (ie. Activation rate, BBA, CPC etc.) to ensure initiatives achieve business objectives and/or provide learnings to enhance future initiatives
- Manage team's Advertising and Promotion budget
- Manage the cost efficiency of ongoing programs, timely update on budget commitments and allocation of budget for upcoming programmes to ensure delivery of all activities within the agreed parameters
- Proactively manage and bring to closure customer complaints related to marketing programmes arising from the team's campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing
- Strong customer focus with the ability to combine data analysis with competitive insight
- Demonstrates analytical skills and knowledge of handling complex data sources to generate insights
- Have intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VBA or equivalent preferred) and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of HTML / Adobe Design Suite an added advantage
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate effectively at multiple levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to drive new ideas
