Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns via multichannel, ensure all channels communication are aligned
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on marketing promotion planning, seminars, and new product launching
• Develop creative briefs and directions that meets advertising and public-facing communications objective
• Responsible for the contents, internal touch points, budgeting, event participation, document business processes, and sales support
• Collect customer and market insights to come out with strategies, increase customer base, and generate more leads
• Identify current marketing initiative's effectiveness by tracking and analyze it
• Present ideas and deliverables to both internal and external teams
• Work closely with other stakeholders to identify new products, develop marketing and promotional campaigns to improve engagement
• Perform CRM communications via different platforms, implement and management customer's loyalty program
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar role
• Knowledge in Canva and other CRM tools
• Metrics-driven marketing mind, creative copywriting, excellent communication skills
• Good in project management, multitasking, and decision making
• Understanding in both online and offline marketing

• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $3200 (depends on experience) + Bonus
