Responsibilities

  • Execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications achieving company goals and targets
  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including web, Company website, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website & outlet traffic and sales
  • Use web analytics tools (google/facebook analytics) to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  • Cultivation of leads and sales though social media marketing and advertising
  • Ensure executions of all digital marketing programmes, measure and analyse performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through Digital Marketing
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Set target KPI to increase awareness, acquisitions and engagement from paid and organic campaigns
  • Track, measure and report on the performance (ROIs, KPIs such as conversions, awareness, traffic, etc.) of all digital marketing campaigns against goals to Senior Management
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests so as to optimize user experience
  • Utilize good analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proficient with SEO, SEM, social media, web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Search Console & Analytics, SEMrush, etc)
  • Experience in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns on Google, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
  • Ability to set up conversion pixel and event tracking on websites and across different digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, excellent in organising tasks
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills to enhance brand's message
  • Adaptable in the ever-changing digital space and the ability to think like a consumer
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
