• Formulate market strategies and promotion plans in line with the company's strategy, and provide support for the sales departments;
• Analyzing the dynamics of the target market, being highly sensitive to market hotspots and emergencies, and quickly planning blockchain-related community activities in conjunction with hotspots
• Responsible for market brand planning and system construction, comprehensively plan and efficiently implement company brand activities;
• Establish corporate product brand awareness and reputation among target customer groups;
• Able to independently establish a blockchain content production and promotion operation system.
• Enterprise public relations management, export brand Public Relations communication plan, establish Public Relations emergency plan, establish and maintain long-term stable, cooperative and mutual trust relationship with the media;
• Responsible for the daily management of the market team and team building, improve work efficiency plan, establish and maintain long-term stable, cooperative and mutual trust relationship with the media;

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of market-related work experience, and more than 2 years of management experience;
• Knowledge in blockchain and cryptocurrency related channels and community resources, which can be quickly transformed, and have excellent market expansion, planning, coordination, negotiation and operation capabilities;
• Have experience in building a team from 0-1, and are willing to join an entrepreneurial company
• Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
