Responsibilities:

• Evaluate competition landscape and regulations to identify segment size, customer segments and curate market offerings to address product gaps and growth potential
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates organization's product from its competitors
• Develop and manage product engagement activities in ensuring all selling tools, pricing, training, and promotions are done timely and effectively.
• Collaborate with Marcom & Sales Ops teams to create impactful Go-To-Market for gaining significant traction of organization's brand and products
• Oversee competition landscape by comparing competition product benchmarking for each focused product segment and draw conclusions on selling pitch for organization's brands
• Analyze business pipeline by customer segment, product segments, combined with product benchmarking to derive product gaps and further develop a business case for new products.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare, clinic or training institution
• Possess exceptional analytical skills to derive conclusions on market data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
