Job Scope:
- Support planning and execution of the IPS & ecosystem marketing program for AAPAC
- Partnering with the IPS & ecosystem marketing team, respective business group leads (Growth Markets and Market Unit level) and Growth Markets Technology and S&C marketing team and the Marketing and Communications campaign leads and their teams to develop the overall marketing approach
- Drive marketing programs to maximize usage and relevance of IPS-related marketing materials and live content in AAPAC MUs and across the AAPAC market
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or any related field
- With 5 to 7 years' agency or in-house marketing experience in the technology and/ or professional services sectors
- Experience at building dynamic working relationship with senior leaders in the organization
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional setting
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in inter-cultural environments
- Proven experience in Marketing campaign development and roll-out
- Ability to operate within the company's large, matrixed organization through relationship building Business Operations
- Resourceful and able to move forward with ambiguity
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability manage conflicts to resolve complex or disputed issues
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadline
