Responsibilities

• Cultivate a pipeline of customers that align to key focus areas for reference activities such as written case studies, video testimonials, reference calls, press/analyst activities.
• Liaison with team of writers and the Product Marketing team to facilitate the review and approval process for customer assets.
• Assist in securing and preparing customer speakers for in-region events.
• Develop and maintain APJ customer sales tools (such as customer logo slide, customer name drop list, etc.) to assist in the selling process.
• Build strong relationships with APJ sales teams, Field Marketing Managers and PR lead.
• Supply local support User Group and Technical Advisory Board meetings leveraging the processes from corporate office.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience with customer reference programs
• Experience working in vendors/agency who has background in customer reference marketing (case studies and video reference, etc.) in IT industry
• Able to work and engage closely with the Sales team
• Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans; ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations.
• Proven success developing strong relationships and working collaboratively across global teams.
• Ability to effectively deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written/verbal) skills.
• Strong attention to detail
