Part of the Marketing Team responsible for the Asia Middle East Region. The role will drive Sector Marketing Content & Digital strategy, activities, campaigns and initiatives across the region. The role will also develop the Annual Marketing Plan and then plan, prioritize and cascade relevant activity planning, using other resources such as central divisional and group marketing teams. You will also be responsible for building and developing content such as toolkits and case studies. As part of a global network of sector marketing communities you will actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and marketing assets across the company.

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

Multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns

  • Delivery of sector and product marketing campaigns where no dedicated sector marketing specialist exists.
  • Work with group and divisional marketing teams to plan, deploy omni-channel marketing programmes and enhance regional marketing's functional effectiveness and efficiency.

Sales Support and Lead Management

  • Partner with Sales to prioritise prospects - based on size, location, needs and short term revenue potential
  • Guide and support regional frontline sales on value proposition and provide local support to implement the market plans which generate new leads.
  • Using AMI work with sales to identify and deploy go-to-market 'sales led' campaigns
  • Develop and maintain sector marketing content and other tools and collateral to support sales and regional marketing teams
  • Work with sales to ensure leads and customer account data is being maintained in salesforce and produce monthly reports on lead generation, lead follow up and lead source metrics
  • Engage our existing client base with both 'sales led' and 'marketing led' campaigns (automation)

Analytics and Reporting

  • Determine, track and report successes, including leads that can be attributed directly to marketing activity
  • Manage and track performance metrics to determine effectiveness of website, paid search, email campaigns and social media.
  • Manage and track marketing strategy results, performance metrics to optimise effectiveness of multiple marketing channels and create detailed reports with data analysis management's review on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Provide market analysis for all products. Coordinate with other business units within the company as needed

Social Media

  • Optimise use of social media to drive and enhance the company brand, to promote and generate sales leads & enquiries for local and projects businesses.
  • Deliver multi-faceted campaigns in terms of ad visual + copy variations with more granular targeting
  • Delivery and tracking of (digital) marketing campaigns and social media to drive and enhance the company brand, to promote and generate sales leads & enquiries for local and projects businesses.
  • Support and guide regional management team with their social media presence, e.g. Linked-In postings


Internal Engagement

  • Partner with Sales leaders, country managers and in-country marketers to plan annual marketing plans and ad-hoc programmes to steer towards business and revenue objectives.
  • Work with group and divisional marketing teams to plan, deploy omni-channel marketing programmes and enhance regional marketing's functional effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support content generation and marketing campaigns: close interaction and co-development with customers and internal functions both in the Region, at APS and at Group
  • Manage and adapt market models by keeping abreast of market changes and disseminate relevant market and technical information.

Other

  • Act as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information
  • Deliver relevant and informative market intelligence news and snippets across various sectors to sales team
  • Manage and coordinate regional CSR efforts and be the lead for local CSR activations
  • Partner with HR team and Power Solutions internal communications business partner to produce internal corporate news content for regional quarterly newsletter and deploying internal communications efforts
  • Coordinate regional effective usage and reporting of Voice of the Customer programme
  • Track, manage and deliver trade events such as exhibitions and seminars with a clear goal of measuring their success such as reporting leads generated and elevating brand's share of voice in the market place.
  • Any other duties as required and relevant for effective operations and service

Specification/Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing or Communications, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), and social media channels
  • Good and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, work accurately with attention to details and meeting tight deadlines
  • Well-verse on digital marketing channels (e.g. Search Engine platforms, Social Media, PPC, digital content marketing, etc).
  • Understand online performance marketing channels and updated with latest digital marketing trends, strategy and best practices
  • Experienced with working on cross regional multilingual projects
  • Ability to travel occasionally
