Job Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical parts/assemblies using SolidWorks for semiconductor change kits.
  • Design products like test sockets, docking systems, and R&D in ceramic materials.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams; modify and improve existing designs.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and support prototyping/testing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering with 3 or above years of SolidWorks experience.
  • Background in semiconductor or change kit design; knowledge of materials and tolerancing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, technical documentation.
