Mechanical Engineer
Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Experience with Fire alarm system, Fire protection system, plumbing and sanitary
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Plan and develop the technical officer skills
- Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge
- Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Requirement: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in fire alarm, sanitary and plumbing work will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Able to work in the East
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
