Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative media data analysis
- Provide clients with insight towards their brand perception, media performance, competitor landscape, campaign performance and industry insights
- Ensure customer satisfaction by manage monthly/quarterly projects efficiently
- Analyze mainstream media and social media content, draw meaningful insights that helps client on strategic planning
- Use internal software and other analytical tools to extract raw data, uncover insights, and deliver reports in readable formats to clients
- Work closely as a team to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Data Analytics or any similar field
- Communicate effectively and able to work on rotating shift basis
- No experience required as training provided
