• Lead fashion buying and develop pricing strategies for menswear collections.
• Contribute to sales planning, including forecasting, product launches, and development.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets and objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to support buying and marketing efforts.
• Identify and leverage market opportunities to drive brand growth.
• Maximize sales across various channels, including online, offline, third-party platforms, and e-stores.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fashion buying role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies.
• Skilled in organizing and managing inventory to meet customer demands.
• Good numerical aptitude with sharp business insight and analytical skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
