Job Scope:
As MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect:
- You will be a learned professional that applies subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for the clients across all phases of the projects.
- Solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between the clients and the project teams made up of project managers, back-end and front-end (UX) architects and other professionals.
- Work with clients and lead client delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft .Net and CRM technologies, including at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Possess client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan.
- Consulting experience with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles.
- Proven background of working with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects.
- Familiar with integration pattern and technologies like REST/SOAP services.
- Expertise in client programming (JSON, JavaScript, HTML) and server-side programming (.Net, C# or VB.Net).
- Experience in development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.
- Someone who is consultative, collaborative, relationship builder, resilient, adaptable, and flexible.
- Intellectually curious and passionate about technology.
