Job Scope

  • L2/3 end user support, incident monitoring
  • Infrastructure support, server & storage, replacements, cloud migrations, switches, connectivity
  • Documentation of local applications, servers and infrastructure


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical IT support roles
  • From a SI or global organisation
  • Broad IT knowledge such as Network, Workstation, Virtualization, Mobile Phones, VoIP
