Job Scope:
- To coordinate ocean freight services, products and operations
- Assist in handling carrier and vendor relations
- Resolve capacity and service issues with carriers and vendors
- Assist with ocean freight costing & pricing
- Conduct margin analysis to identify opportunities to improve margin
- Support the customer service to ensure all operational queries and issues are resolved timely
- Perform data analysis and provide feedback to management
Job Requirement:
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- At least two (2) years experience in freight forwarding industry
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good in management and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented and result-focused
- Able to work independently, take responsibility and ownership of initiative
Additional Information:
- Contract duration: 6-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Location: Changi Business Park
