Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance Department with banking related and other matters as assigned
- AP function- entering AP invoice and preparing remittance payment
- Assist in monthly closing
- Assist to prepare monthly expenses claim form for executive management
- Handle day to day office administrative matters including but not limiting to stationery and pantry replenishment, courier, office reception and preparation of drinks for guests.
- Provide secretarial functions to executive management
- Handle Visa/ Work Related Applications
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
