Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and high-quality onboarding and transition experience to client
- Support Relationship Managers and Clients on opening and maintaining of client relationships and account structures in the various systems
- To be a subject matter expert in assisting clients in answering any static data related inquiries or queries related to their accounts
- interact with various internal teams to ensure the best experience for our clients
- Strong gatekeepers in ensuring the integrity of our data
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with onboarding/collateral management
- Proven track record of working closely with key business users both client-facing and back-office.
- Able to work under tight deadlines; will commit to delivery on time
- Able to work as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision
- Broad knowledge of the Bank's structure, products and services
