- Raise/revise PO (Inventory/Mock up)
- Order confirmation
Logistics
- Coordinate and liaise with factory (Shanghai and Australia) as well as company's partners supplier and 3rd Party warehouse reards to import/export/ctoss trade/sample request/ replacement etc
- Backlog report
- Shipment planning (Project S.E.A/Showroom/Mock-up/replacement)
- RFQ Freight
- S.E.A shipping documents
- Liaise with NPNG warehouse on updated inventory list
Account Payable
- Purchase order (Projects/inventory/Mock-up)
- Freight Forwarding
- 3rd party warehouse invoices (Related to freight)
- invoices entry into internal systems
Requirements:
- Minimum O level/Nitec/Diploma holders
- Minimum 1 year of working experiences in similiar industry
- Good working knowledge in using excel
- Training will be provided.
Others:
- Location: Raffles Place
- working hours: Monday to friday (9am - 6pm)
- Contract duration: 3rd April 2023 - 29th Sept 2023 (6 months maternity cover to commit)
- Will be given a small token of incentive when completed.
