Job Descriptions:

• Pioneer batch to build up the vision with the Team in Chennai, India.
• Plan and execute the development of NPI and ensure products transition to production according to specific cost, quality and capacity goals to satify customer's demand.
• Align with customer to achieve both internal team and customer's target.
• Liaison between customer and internal team to achiece mass production goals.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners on material availability, capacity readiness and transition plans.
• Optimise supply chain and accounting on risk management, adjustment and forecast according to changes in schedule or demand.

Job Requirements:

• Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in India and 15% deployment in China sites.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Science.
• Knowledge in manufacturing proces is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to distil complex issues and analysis into simple, structured frameworks with action plans.
