Job Responsibilities:
- Guide and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians to perform Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and repairs compliance to good engineering practices and cGMP.
- Create maintenance program for maintenance of plant assets and Review PM to improve equipment reliability.
- Preparing and controlling against approved annual maintenance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions for equipment maintenance and repairs to achieve financial goals.
- Participate IMEx Process Centric Team Tier 1 meetings and address engineering issues based on priority.
- Support TPM-OPC checklists and operation team in OPC related tasks/knowledge.
- Complete the role assessment of the Front-LineLeader(FLL) within the function, identify and take necessary actions to reduce risks.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
- Good experience in equipment management and project management
- Direct supervisory experience and understands knowledge management
- Good People management experience
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
