Job Responsibilities:

• Take leadership in the planning and deployment of marine resources to support 24/7 pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat operations
• Communicate with vessels to coordinate arrival and service timings
• Process customers' orders, amendments, and cancellations
• Attend to all customer queries.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec or equivalent
• Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency circumstances
• Be proficient in operating computer-based control systems and MS Office
• Able to perform shift work.
• Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous
