We are looking for an Operations Executive to work with our client where they operate retail business through the virtual doors.
The Job
· Collate data from supervisors
· Assist supervisors to update system (Quip)
· Prepare weekly reports and related slides
· Collate Covid ART Test Results for reporting use
· Execute and monitor operational processes which includes scheduling of rosters and incentive/disciplinary framework for associates.
· Any other duties that may be required by the manager
Profile and Experience
· Meticulous and well-organized
· Strong coordination and follow up skills
· Expert in Microsoft Excel/ Powerpoint and Chimes
