We are looking for an Operations Executive to join us here in ManpowerGroup Singapore.

This role is responsible on ensuring smooth running of projects with the department through managing and developing various operation processes, collecting, and analysing operations data, implementing strategies to improve overall operations performance. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyse and optimize operational workflows. There are constant communications with the relevant stakeholders and clients and to be operational ready seven days a week.
The Job
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their daily needs and expectations.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain up-to-date documentation for client interactions
- Verify and cross-check daily deployment schedules to ensure alignment with staffing requirements.
- Work closely with supervisors to oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of candidate management, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage and process claims submitted by supervisors and associates in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience / Qualifications
- Has minimum 1 year of operations experience.
- Basic MS Office.
- Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries is a plus.
- Knowledge of local employment legislation (Employment Act) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
