Job Description
- Order management from Order processing to Shipment fulfilment
- Liaise with clients on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
- Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables
- Maintain Inventory and stock reconciliation
- Extract and compile information to create report
- Filling, Posting and Data entry
- Provide support for any ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Operations support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Best if knows QuickBook)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and communication skills
- Positive attitude, independent and proactive team player
- Adaptable to join rotation within organization
