- Basic $6,000 + AWS + VB
- 5-day work week
- Location: West
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise entire function and all-related functionalities
- Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the Management for improvements
- Analyse data and make recommendations to management on any changes that need to be implemented not limited to service charges, operational handling, and revision of specific clauses/provisions covered by service agreement
- Constantly review and explore effective operational methods to achieve higher productivity in the area of responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of policies, procedures and work standards for the operation of the program
- Motivate staff in operations of the program to develop entrepreneurial and initiative ideas
- Resource optimization
- Ensure the periodic maintenance is being carried out for Warehouse MHE
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping & workplace safety
- Meet or exceed customer KPI
- Managing the profitability of the appointed operations
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong people management skills, ability to manage a team of more than 100 staff
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Consistent ability to meet & adhere to deadlines
- Passion, initiative & result-oriented drive to continuously develop & work with creativity & innovation
