Role Purpose:
This is a manager level role to support and execute deliverables across Business & Financial Planning, Governance, Business Oversight, Strategy, Culture and Communication that support the running of the Securities Services Singapore business. These should be delivered to a high standard of service with active responsiveness applied and focused on business outcomes. The jobholder will work closely with the Business Management Team as well as the Singapore Business Head and other relevant stakeholders, supporting change and optimizations program that span across the divisions of Securities Services, driving a culture of digital, innovation and continuous improvement so that Securities Services can improve the productivity and efficiency of its business and enhance its competitiveness and commercial opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly governance name screening request by FCC
  • Assist other team members on adhoc projects, for example the management of outstanding Crown destruction boxes, etc
  • Assist with the restructure of the Securities Services induction deck and take-home pack for new staff
  • Join in the working group on revamping of the Securities Services internal share point platform
  • Assist with BCP planning and continuous monitoring of the onsite schedule against internal report. Further reaching out to individuals who do not adhere to the requirement
  • Revamping of existing excel based dashboard
  • Responsible for Record Management, business performance and related MI, Intercompany charges validation and management of certain administrative activities.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree holder in related majors
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Securities Services business
  • Familiar with the changing regulatory and competitive landscape pertaining to the banking industry
  • Sharp business acumen, management of financials, ability to make and influence tactical decisions
  • Experience in operational, change management and control roles
  • Excellent organization and planning skills and keen sense of prioritization
  • Good to have experience in data visualization and reporting focusing on identifying trends and insights
  • Assist with monthly governance name screening request by FCC
  • Microsoft product suite experience required e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc
