Responsibilities

• Manage a team of service engineers and technicians
• Coordinate the service personnel availability between different offices to improve the utilization & ensuring that all possible orders can be taken in and executed
• Ensure workload distribution among the service personnel
• Ensure compliance to OPM (Operating Principle Manual)
• Customer relationship management for defined customers and support marketing and sales activities
• Consult technical support team to resolve any technical issues
• Support service administrative works where applicable
• Provide technical supports to customer on urgent basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ electrical engineering or technical license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the marine & offshore industry
• Experience in cranes or deck machineries is a plus
• Broad engineering understanding especially in electrical, hydraulic system
