Responsibilities
- Manage a team of service engineers and technicians
- Coordinate the service personnel availability between different offices to improve the utilization & ensuring that all possible orders can be taken in and executed
- Ensure workload distribution among the service personnel
- Ensure compliance to OPM (Operating Principle Manual)
- Customer relationship management for defined customers and support marketing and sales activities
- Consult technical support team to resolve any technical issues
- Support service administrative works where applicable
- Provide technical supports to customer on urgent basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ electrical engineering or technical license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the marine & offshore industry
- Experience in cranes or deck machineries is a plus
- Broad engineering understanding especially in electrical, hydraulic system
