Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality consulting and implementation services to clients, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Lead and manage a team effectively to deliver Oracle EPM solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction.
- Provide solution expertise for complex bids and proposals that include a range of Oracle products (with a focus on Oracle EPM) across various industries.
- Motivate team members, which may include client representatives and subcontractors, by establishing clear and realistic goals while securing their commitment to project objectives.
- Ensure the quality of all deliverables produced by your team aligns with Oracle or client methodologies and agreed-quality standards.
- Serve as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EPM within the team, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and guidance.
- Collaborate with Oracle project managers to develop and manage effective risk mitigation strategies for projects, escalating issues when necessary.
- Actively pursue opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance your skill set in ways that benefit both the company and the quality of our services. Maintain an updated personal development plan.
- Keep abreast of relevant legislation and industry trends.
- Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the Oracle EPM community through knowledge sharing, intellectual property contributions, and producing project-related documentation and solutions.

- Drive company growth through collaboration with the sales team and practice SMEs. Engage in all aspects of the sales process, including opportunity identification, solution ideation, and creating and presenting high-quality proposals.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior experience as a consultant in the area of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Over 8 years of overall experience in functional and/or technical roles implementing EPM solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully completing multiple Oracle EPM projects.
- At least 8 years of experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding a team toward successful solution delivery.
- Willingness to undertake interstate travel as required for projects and assignments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Previous experience in a similar consulting role (internal or external) or business advisory capacity.
- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more of the following Oracle EPM modules:
- Planning
- FCCS
- ARCS
- TRCS
