Responsibilities

• Able to Update excel files for order intake and sales figure
• Liaison with order planning in factory on production slots, delays, discrepancies
• Work with the Finance team on invoicing
• Validation in Baseware for invoices from factory
• Support for Shipping department in terms of getting documentation needed
• Digital file all documentation pertaining to each sales order
• Support the Senior Manager in achieving departmental and organisational targets
• Update and maintain work instruction and Standard Operating Procedure
• Able to Meet individual and department KPIs and PDP targets

Requirements

• Diploma/University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management
• Possess knowledge of Incoterms and shipping processes
• Possess knowledge in SAP and Salesforce
• Well verse in credit terms
