Summary
The Pantry Supervisor and Client Support is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food pantry, maintaining inventory, supervising pantry staff, and ensuring a respectful and efficient service environment. This role also involves direct client interaction, providing support and information, and ad hoc internal event support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee pantry staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Develop and maintain duty rosters, balancing workloads according to operational needs.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of pantry areas, including equipment such as coffee machines, and refrigerators.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and ensure proper storage to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate closely with vendors to manage and maintain adequate stock levels.

Educational Qualifications - Minimum diploma
Working days and hours - Mon - Fri 7 am to 4:30 pm
