Responsibility

• To assist Regional General Counsel on work process, policy improvements
• To provide and prepare corporate secretarial documents for organizations and regional subsidiaries
• To help in Administration of legal department and support organization / regional subsidiaries on maintenance of standard agreements and templates
• Assist to develop and implement a contracts management systems
• Ensure that Legal dept administration and logistic issues are managed smoothly.
• Advising internal stakeholders on non-trade low risk contracts and other non-trade legal advisory matters.

Location

• Central
• 5 days week -Office hours
