Job Description

• Identify learning trends and needs
• Develop and execute a range of engagement initiatives that will contribute towards an engaged learning and development community
• Identify potential partners for collaborations
• Conduct learning needs analyses and facilitate collaboration

Job Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in implementing partnership and engagement initiatives, learning and development and/or consultancy projects
• Minimum possess Degree in any discipline
• Good interpersonal communication skills
