Job scopes:
- Preparation of ordering spare parts for new models and monitor re-order level
- Issuing spare parts for indoor/outdoor service technicians
- Sale of spare parts to dealers and agents through sales staffs
- Attend customer service counter sales & customers enquiry on spare parts supply
- Closing of daily cashier collection from customers and outdoor technicians and to submit to parts control executive
- Checking, answering overseas customers enquiry on spare parts supply
- Packing of spare parts for overseas customers
- Received E-commerce spare parts orders, call customers to arrange the delivery date and time
- Support year-end stock taking
- Any other duties assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording
