Key Responsibilities
- Hospital & RHS Outreach (Patient Acquisition)
- Serve as the main liaison to public hospitals, RHS clusters, MSWs, and polyclinics to build referral pathways and raise awareness of brand and services.
- Work closely with hospital stakeholders to identify patients in need of financial, clinical, or lifestyle support.
- Monitor and evaluate outreach effectiveness and refine engagement strategies to improve patient acquisition.
- Build inroads to patient and caregiver engagement within the hospital environment.
- Assist to develop partnerships with corporates, unions, and community groups to promote health screenings and education among high-risk individuals, particularly in blue-collar or underserved sectors.
- Coordinate on-site screenings, awareness talks, and follow-up interventions to encourage lifestyle change and early detection.
- Maintain a stakeholder database and ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of engagement activities.
- Support CSR projects and outreach events, serving as the point-of-contact for potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement programmes to serve the kidney health journey.
- Assist in crafting direct marketing or referral campaigns targeted at both at-risk individuals and their caregivers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a range of stakeholders, from medical professionals to corporate HR teams.
- Comfortable navigating the healthcare ecosystem and engaging diverse audiences with empathy and professionalism.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, healthcare outreach, or programme coordination; preferably in the health or social service sector.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and committed to delivering impactful, people-first initiatives.
- Accountable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a mission-driven organisation.
