Job scopes:
- Manages and drives performance of a team of Performance Improvement and Performance Measurement Specialists
- Drive customer and business performance improvement and change initiatives using First Choice and performance improvement methodologies
- Measure, analyze and report local performance across the company value chain and customers
- Identify performance gaps
- Manages First Choice and performance improvement programs and methodologies
- Manages and measures local KPIs and reporting with agreed targets
- Manages business and customer improvement projects
- Supports project portfolio and country initiatives coordination for the business
- Manages best practice programs for the country including audits, performance reports, branch improvement plans, best practice training
- Manages Local Customer Improvement Program
- Acts as a coach for the team
Requirements:
- Knowledge of product and related processes
- Strong change management, project management , leadership and team building skills
- Strong communicative, analytical, and administrative skills
- Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Very good organizational skills to manage multiple projects/deadline
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Degree in any field with 2-3 years relevant working experience
