Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leads management and conversion of company's Systems products, by building relationships with customers through telephone, email and messaging platforms conversations.
  • Make sure every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.
  • Orchestrate, Lead and manage a team of Lead Management Representatives.
  • Work eagerly to gain new leads and/or identify opportunities in target verticals.
  • Make expected number of outbound calls for conversion from MQL into SQL and appointments.
  • Manage and convert all volume of leads at different stages of the funnel.
  • Support field account sales or channel sales to develop and maintain customer relationship.
  • Demonstrate understanding of market segment, product/service offerings and client persona.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with company products and services.
  • Manage a team of Lead Management Reps to develop sales and communications skills.
  • Own and deliver performance KPIs to produce a high lead conversion ratio.
  • Set priorities for the Lead Management Rep team and keep team focused on the priority tasks.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any equivalent
  • With 5-10 years of relevant inside sales/lead management experience in IT Industry and Solutions sales.
  • Ability to communicate the strategic direction of the company's product and service offerings.
  • Excellent leadership skills and people management capability.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to build lead forecasts and conversion.
  • Ability to set priorities and keep team focused on the priority tasks to achieve results.
  • Excellent self-motivation and self-management.
  • Ability to align & maintain a positive, flexible & professional attitude towards customers and co-workers.
  • Basic Enterprise product and solution knowledge is desirable.
  • Be familiar with CRM tools and the ability to use multiple lead management tools simultaneously to complete lead conversions.
  • Prioritize workload to meet all KPIs, goals and objectives.
  • Meet Daily/Weekly Matrix, SLAs & maintain high Customer Satisfaction ratings.
  • Working experience at IT industry is desirable
