This is a PMO analyst role who will function as a Contracts Rep as well as a Financial Analyst.
Contracts Rep Responsibilities

  • Point-of-contact (POC) in dept to guide managers on contract lifecycle management workflow and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure governance requirements (working closely with Group Procurement Services team) are met, where relevant.
  • Tracks dept non-outsourcing contracts and ensure renewals are done timely
  • Guide managers to ensure contracts are lodged timely in the procurement system (Coupa), where necessary
  • Ensure proper contract document management, where necessary
  • Participate in relevant procurement-related system implementation/enhancement UATs where required
  • Manage vendor test managed capacity contract billings
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager


PMO Analyst Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate monthly financial performance reports and analysis for ITT Platforms (including month end activities).
  • Perform various analytical functions including analyzing spending and operations efficiency.
  • Participate in forecasting, strategy planning and 3-year business planning exercise.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Technology, or any related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years working on procurement-related/contractual matters, preferably in a technology setting
  • Possesses subject matter knowledge on RFx processes, including contract initiations and reviews (knowledge on common contractual clauses and terminologies)
  • Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and good analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
  • Must be firm and be able to communicate with senior managers on concerns or raise issues in an appropriate manner
  • Excellent in MS Excel and familiar with Office 365 applications & financial software packages as needed
  • Experience in using Coupa or any procurement system
  • Familiarity with project financials is good to have
