Job Description:

• Establishing and operating the PMO for a significant program of work.
• Driving the PMO function and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working across a diverse mix of complex IT delivery and business programs
• Continuous improvement reporting, develop and implement robust processes, manage the overall governance and tracking of projects.
• Refining some of the existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.

Job Requirement:

• Self-starter with proven ability to set up and run PMOs to best practice through continuous improvement
• Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for large technology programs
• Proven ability of running complex program scope, scheduling, financial, resource and deliverables management
• Leadership of Project or Program Management Office teams
• considerable experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda
• Experience in Portfolio level PMOs is desirable.
• High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success
• Degree in IT or any related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience
