Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Premier customer support and perform customer relationship management.
  • Managing and entering of large amount of data by using Excel and provide customized reporting.
  • Perform basis process onboarding, bookings, address inquiry and issue resolution
  • Execution of solution logistic, case management, and claims handling.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.



Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and able to perform under tight timeliness.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented person.
  • PC literate.



Other Information:

  • Location : Kaki Bukit
  • 5.5 days work week, based on roster rotating.
  • Salary start from $2300 + bonus.
