Job scopes
- Perform margin and pricing analysis, and provide recommendation aligns to strategies & financial targets - identify opportunities to optimize sales and profit during negotiation
- Structure Contracts/Programs pricing & T&C for all stakeholders' approval
- Enforce/Compliance to pricing policies and process
- Perform monthly review at transactional level to identify price/margin erosion
- Analyze Budget Vs Actual transactional level effectiveness of Rebates/Programs
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing/margin leakage, and process improvement
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- With 3 years relevant professional experience in pricing analysis is desirable
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork & cross functional engagement - with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail, organized and efficient at time management
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Model N pricing application experience a plus
- Business acumen/knowledge on China market/industry/E-retail
- Financial modelling & ability to manage multiple databases for reporting / analytics
- Able to take 6-months contract with opportunity for conversion to perm
