Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new equipment set up and installation
- Monitor process stability to trigger early detection of process deviation
- Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost reduction and productivity
- Monitor cleaning machine daily check and process parameters
- Maintaining of process instruction
- Training of production technicians on procedure and work instruction
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering or any other equivalent discipline
- 2 years of working experience in Mask, Wafer or HDD Media industrial
- Proficient in DOE, FMEA, SPC is advantageous
- Candidate with wet-bench experience would be a plus
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
