Job Descriptions:

• Lead technicians on process related functions to ensure production efficiency.
• Create proper process operation flow as per customer and business requirement.
• Ensure Work Instructions are properly maintained (Shop Floor Control & SAP process).
• Lead the team on Engineering Change Order and implementations.
• Track on Units Per Hour production, work on process improvement and kaizen activities.
• Support on NPI process and mass production.
• Implementation and maintenance of ISO activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability in liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
• Project management skills.
