Job duties:
Reporting to procurement manager
Preparing procurement plan by using knowledge of current demand for goods, services, and works
Sourcing and qualifying of new suppliers and evaluating existing suppliers on an annual basis
Managing RFQ/RFP, price negotiation, commercial evaluations, PO/Contract award and PO/Contract administration to final delivery and close out
Sourcing support for new projects tendering
Supporting cost reduction programmes
Execute procurement process according to clients/company requirements, policies and procedures
Researching & resolving supplier issues
Building rapports with suppliers and contractors
Preparing various reports
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in engineering or relevant major
2 to 5 years experiences in procurement
Experience in district cooling system plant operations and maintenance environment or in EPC projects is a preference
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA ERP and SAP Ariba e-Procurement and supply chain system is a preference
Competent Microsoft office skills
