The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data migration by engaging and working with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements for systems build, data migration, processes, workflows etc.
  • Draw up workflows &/or processes to support the requirements.
  • Liaise and work with different functions and/or IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
  • Liaise with the subject matter experts to draw up the Users Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and test cases.
  • Conduct UAT and ensure that the testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality.
  • Liaise and work with IT teams on the defect rectification.
  • Obtain sign-off from business users.

    Qualications
  • Diploma or University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines.
  • At least 2 year of working experience, preferably in life insurance or financial industry.
  • Experience in product development or product implementation is good to have.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, methodological, and assertive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independently driven with ability to work well in large teams and provide deliveries with minimal supervision
