Responsibilities:

• Integrating business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts, guiding the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life.
• Design concepts and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions and iterate on user feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools and techniques to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or UI/UX Design or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product design within Banking or financial or any similar industry
• Good stakeholder management and ability to discuss product design solutions and improve process or customer experience.
• You have enough curiosity to stay savvy about industry and UX trends.
