Responsibilities

• Able to develop and implement the strategic plan for the specific product and create and maintain fact based analyses and present business case for the new product opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and market analyses ,assist to develop product positioning and messages, support the development and delivery of product collateral, sales tools and training.
• Ensure product profitability through effective product management cross a product/product group.
• Provide product leadership and support to other functions.
• Able to Identify and consolidate market needs, manage product portfolio and contribute to product development plans.
• Drive a solution set across development teams - primarily development, engineering, sales & marketing - through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Oversee the launch and delivery of new releases to ensure timely delivery of all required deliverables from different departments. Participate in external events and presentations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance and engineering
• Product management experience or other applicable industry experience of 6 years or more
• Port Equipment industry experience is a plus
