Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan, ensure it was being executed in a timely manner
• Identify potential partnership to widen product range, pricing, positioning strategy, and promotions
• Liaise with different channel partners to align and execute effective products and marketing initiatives
• Forecast and manage the sampling for product launches, trade, and retailer activities
• Prepare post-campaign reports, sales report, and analysis monitor for marketing team
• Ensure all products are being registered on time to achieve product launch smoothly
• Conduct market trend analysis, business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, development suitable action plans and follow up on the progress
• Develop, strategize, and execute CRM programs for the brand
• Identify CRM campaign's priority, ensure customer segmentation relevant for the campaign, and evaluate campaign's effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies related field
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar role from FMCG/Beauty industry
• Meticulous, analytical, creative, and good business acumen
• Excellent communication and good people management skills
• Passionate in Beauty industry
