Job scopes

• Responsible to support Product Owners in documentation of requirements, mapping of end-to-end flows and testing.
• Plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data mapping by assisting in gap and data analysis and testing.
• Work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
• Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
• Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP).
• Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
• Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
• Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance or any related discipline
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry
• Has experience in digital customer portal with experience in the insurance industry , stakeholders' management and Salesforce
• Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end process
• Good business acumen and communication skills
• Previous experience working with Salesforce
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A positive, enthusiastic, committed and 'can do' attitude team player.
