Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support Product Owners in documentation of requirements, mapping of end-to-end flows and testing.
• Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
• Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP).
• Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
• Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
• Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry or any similar industry
• Experience in managing projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data mapping by assisting in gap and data analysis and testing
• Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end process
• Good business acumen and communication skill
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• A positive, enthusiastic, committed and 'can do' attitude team player
